Privacy Policy

Overview

MoneyLeak helps users track subscriptions, receipts, return windows, warranties, and reminders. The app does not provide banking, investment, tax, legal, or financial-advice services.

Information you add

Records you enter—such as item names, merchants, amounts, dates, notes, and receipt photos—are stored locally on your device. MoneyLeak does not require an account and does not operate a server that receives those records.

Camera, photos, files, and notifications

Camera and photo access are used only when you choose to photograph or select a receipt. Text recognition is performed on the device. Notification permission is used to deliver reminders you configure. These permissions can be changed in device settings.

Advertising

The free version displays ads supplied by Google AdMob. Google may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions, diagnostics, and related data to deliver, measure, prevent fraud in, and personalize advertising where permitted. You can purchase ad removal through your device's app store. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

Purchases

Google Play or Apple processes in-app purchases. MoneyLeak receives purchase status needed to unlock ad removal but does not receive or store your full payment-card information.

Data sharing and sale

MoneyLeak does not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by the app stores and AdMob as described above, subject to their policies and your consent choices.

Retention and deletion

Local MoneyLeak records remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app and its data. Ad and purchase providers retain information under their own policies. Because MoneyLeak has no account database, there is no separate cloud account to delete.

Children

MoneyLeak is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

Security

MoneyLeak limits its data use to app functions and relies on operating-system protections for local storage. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes

This policy may be updated as features or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are posted.
